Delivery : Items will be dispatched within 2/3 days with Royal Mail 24 Tracked  postage.
I take utmost care in wrapping your purchase in order to protect it during transit. 

Items lost during dispatch to you will be dealt with in accordance with Royal Mail lost items policy.
 
Returns: Please ensure you are 100% certain of your item before continuing with your payment.
Requests for a refund must be made within 14 days and return postage must be paid for by the buyer.
Once I've seen that the item has been received in the same condition that it was originally sent I will proceed with refunding  your money to you.
